Vintage (1935) Bravingtons 22ct Gold Band
We adore a simple gold band for wearing on those days that you don't want to be completely naked of jewellery, or to stack them up to make a gorgeously buttery ring stack. We believe the best ones are the higher carat gold ones so that they really stand out.
This isn't just any old gold band. It was made by Bravingtons, a London jewellery maker very well known for quality wedding bands. And it's crafted in the butteriest 22ct gold with a lightly domed top and a nice weight at over 3g, so it feels lovely when worn.
This simple skinny band is the perfect addition to any jewellery wearer.
It has all its original hallmarks and a crisp makers mark too.
Hallmarks: Crown 22 for 22ct gold, Leopard for London, date letter for the year 1935. Makers mark: B's for Bravingtons
Condition: The band is in excellent vintage condition with light surface marks as would be expected from a piece of this age. There is a tiny nick to one side of the band that can be seen on close inspection but cannot be seen or felt when worn. It can be polished by a jeweller to take it back to its original high shine if desired.
